The renovation of a 30,000-square-foot, two-story office space for Immunomedics, a pharmaceutical company based in Morristown, New Jersey, was a complex project that required a multifaceted approach.

The architect of record, TPG Architecture, provided the design framework, while my role encompassed a blend of responsibilities, including those typically associated with an owner’s representative, construction project manager, and interior design consultant. I was tasked with selecting all consultants and the general contractor through a competitive bid process, managing the project budget, overseeing invoice payments, and ensuring the project adhered to its schedule. Upon completion, I facilitated the handover of the space to the office constituents, ensuring a smooth transition into the newly renovated environment.
